Tuition - Students pay regular semester tuition to their college or university .

Non-Refundable Application Fee due before application deadline = $250
Remaining Housing cost after application fee = $2,350
Total Cost = $2,600
*A $100 cleaning refund will be refunded if no damages occur to the condo at the end of the semester
Board - Students cook their own food and costs will vary.
Transportation - To and from Washington, DC.......Varies.
In-city Metro - Approximately $50 per week.
