Moving In
Move in for Fall and Spring semester students is 10:00 am - 1:00pm the Saturday of the first weekend of the semester. The first half of orientation is at 1:00 pm on the first Sunday of the semester, so students must arrive in time for orientation. The second half of orientation is held on the first Monday of the semester. Classes begin on Monday evening at 6:00 pm, and internships begin Tuesday of the first week.
The LCWS Staff will be available from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on arrival Saturday so that students can check in, pick up their orientation packets and apartment keys. Students arriving outside of our move-in window will be emailed in advance with information on how to pick-up their keys and orientation packets when they arrive at Avalon Courthouse Place.

Once At Avalon
Once you arrive at the Avalon Courthouse Place and check in with LCWS, you can pull into the loading dock to use the freight elevator and take your belongings to your apartment.
The student housing for LCWS is located at 1320 North Veitch Street in Arlington, VA. The housing complex is called Avalon Courthouse Place.
Parking
Guest parking is available at Avalon by request. Ask the concierge desk for a pass. There is also metered parking on the street in front of the building and a separate parking garage across the street.
