Avalon Courthouse Place is the apartment complex where the student housing for LCWS is located.  Constructed in 1999, Avalon has 20 stories with 564 units.  

 

Avalon is a large apartment building with individually-owned units, ranging from studios to two bedroom apartments.  Included in the complex is a resident lounge with private meeting rooms, two gym spaces, and a large swimming pool featuring a walk-down “beach” area and a hot tub.  Students have access to all of these amenities while staying with LCWS.
