While staying with LCWS, students live in two bedroom/two bathroom penthouse condos located in the River Place community in Rosslyn, VA, which is one Metro stop outside of D.C. in Northern Virginia.  River Place is located across Key Bridge from Georgetown, and just two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station, providing students with easy access to all areas of Washington, D.C.

Each LCWS apartment is fully furnished, including pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and TV.  In addition, apartments are equipped with a full-size stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a non-coin operated washer/dryer unit.  When studying with LCWS, students are only asked to supply their linens, towels, clothing, personal items (toiletries, cleaning supplies, classroom materials, etc.), and food; everything else is provided for, and maintained, by LCWS.
