River Place is the apartment complex where the LCWS office and our 13 penthouse condominiums are located.  Constructed in the mid-1950's, River Place was one of the first major complexes built in the Rosslyn area of Arlington County.  

 

River Place is comprised of four large apartment buildings - North, South, East, and West.  Each building contains approximately 450 individually-owned units, ranging from studios to two bedroom apartments.  Included in the complex is an Entertainment Center with a gym, pool tables, ping pong tables, and a community room.  There is also a large swimming pool featuring a walk-down “beach” area and a hot tub.  Students have access to all of these amenities while staying with LCWS.
